Customer Reviews
Good gift, some delivery delay
I ordered a Taufbaum with a custom greeting card for my godson. The ordering process was straightforward on the website, easy to pick out the tree and add the extras. Delivery took about 6 business days to reach me in California, which was a day longer than the estimate, but the tree itself was well-packaged and looked robust when it arrived. I appreciated the detailed planting instructions included. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the slight delay. Overall, a solid experience, and the recipient loved the thoughtful gift.
Nice little apple tree
Grabbed an Apfelbaum for a friend's housewarming. It arrived looking really healthy, and they even included a small bag of Pflanzdünger. Felt like a cool, eco-friendly gift. It got to them in about a week, which was fine. Pretty happy with how it all turned out.
Loved the Olive Tree!
Just received my Olivenbaum and a personalized wooden box, and I'm so happy! It's even cuter in person. The tree looks really healthy, and the engraving on the box is perfect. This is such a unique gift idea; I'm already thinking about who else I can send one to! Will definitely shop here again!
Always reliable for gifts
Got a Zierapfel for my niece's baptism, and it arrived in perfect condition, just like the Geburtsbaum I ordered last year. Consistency is key with these guys; you know what you're getting. Packaging is always good, and shipping to Georgia only took 4 days this time. That's why I keep coming back.
Quality product, average shipping
I purchased a Hochzeitsbaum and a Baumpflegeset for a wedding gift. The tree itself was excellent, very well-rooted and looked great. The care set was a nice touch. Shipping was free, which is always a plus, but it did take almost a full week to get here, which felt a bit long for an item like this. I had to time the order carefully for the event. The packaging was secure, no damage at all. Good value for the quality, just wish delivery was a touch quicker.

are these trees actually real and healthy when they arrive? seen some sketchy stuff online before.
My tree arrived a bit banged up during shipping. What's their policy on damaged items?
Hey, thinking of getting a wedding tree for my sister in Portland, Oregon. How long does shipping usually take to the US?
What's the deal with payment options? Do they take PayPal or just credit cards?
Are the trees hardy enough to survive in different US climates? Like, if I get a citrus tree, will it make it in a colder state?
